Any forms on this site, when present, submit to send.php for processing. This page does not host images.

Payments & Refunds

Prices are displayed in USD by default and may be shown in other currencies for convenience. Taxes, payment processing fees, and bank conversion fees (if any) may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Refund window

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a specific offer, refunds are available within 14 days before a course start date. If you request a refund inside the eligible window, we will process it using the original payment method where possible.

Access and scheduling

If a course provides time-limited access, cohort start dates, or scheduled live sessions, those details will be displayed at purchase. Missing a live session does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in the offer.

Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use the site and any course materials in a respectful, lawful manner. You must not attempt to disrupt the platform, harass others, or misuse interactive features.

Prohibited activities

• Scraping, crawling, or automated enrollment without our prior written permission.

Course materials, text, branding, and site content are owned by SmartGate Floral Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
